The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped gland located in the neck, generally referred to as the thyroid gland. It produces two hormones. T3 stands for triiodothyronine. T4 (tetraiodothyroxine): These two hormones help the body’s immune system to function properly. when the hormones T3 and T4 are called, if the T3 and T4 hormones are released in excess, the condition is called hyperthyroidism. If the T3 and T4 hormones are released in less than normal amounts, the condition is called hypothyroidism.

Hyperthyroidism

Hyperthyroidism People who have high levels of T3 and T4 hormones tend to get tired easily, have a fast heart rate, and lose weight. Their hands tend to shake. In women, however, periods are irregular.

Hypothyroidism

A person who produces low levels of T3 or T4 has a condition called hypothyroidism. People suffering from hypothyroidism tend to gain weight and are unable to tolerate cold temperatures. In women, however, periods become heavy, bleeding becomes heavy, hair becomes dry, skin becomes dry, and constipation is one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism.

There are many cases of hypothyroidism.
